Salad Method - Salad:

80g Asian Lettuce Mix 1. Portion out sauce into 30ml sauce
container, lid and place in 20 oz show bowl.
2 (130g) Steggle’s Sweet Chilli Chicken Tenders
2. Place Asian salad mix in bowl
50g Mainland Shredded Tasty Cheese with chilli tenders in a pile to the side.
3. Place cheese next to tenders and croutons
40g Croutons (Refer to recipe on Page 19 used in Ceasar Salad)
in between them both.
Pandani Diced Bacon
30g 4. Top with bacon in the middle.
(Cooked as per UNOX setting)
5. Place 3-4 cherry tomatoes around bowl to
50g (3-4) Cherry Tomatoes
fill in any gaps and to create colour
30g Sweet Chilli Mayo (See Below) 6. Seal and label.
1 30ml Sauce Portion Container and Lid
1 20 oz Show Bowl
