Ingredients: Method:
1. Place frozen cookies on greased tray

60 cookies per tray (6 X 10).

2. Cook in UNOX on “Large Cookie”
Pre-made melting moments filler
As required setting.

3. Once cooked, cool in trolley fully.
Icing sugar, in a shaker
4. Pipe a 10cm round of filler on six of
1 16oz Dome Lid Show Bowl (supplier) the biscuits on the underside and
place the other six cookies on top to
create a “sandwich”.
5. Sprinkle icing sugar over the top of
the biscuits and put aside for 2 hours
Servings: 6 per tub
to allow filling to set.
Shelf Life: 7 days 6. To pack, place 6 biscuits in a 16 oz
show bowl. Close lid and label.
