50gm Roasted Pumpkin (inhouse)
3. Place red pepper strips on top
30gm Lemnos Fetta
4. Place cooled pumpkin on top
5. Place crumbled fetta
6. Put lid of Turkish bread on
cheese
7. Wrap in greaseproof
