1 12”Mission Tortilla Wrap paper
150GM Cooked Lamb Yiros 2. Spread Tzatziki down middle of wrap
3. Place baby spinach leaves over
40gm Baby Spinach
Tzatziki down length of wrap
???? Elegre Tzatziki
4. Place diced mixture of red onion,
tomato, cucumber down the niddle
100gm Mixed: Red Onion, Tomato, Cucumber all diced
of the wrap.
50gm Lemnos Crumbled Fetta
5. Add lamb down centre of wrap
6. Add Crumbled Fetta
7. Fold back on end of paper, Roll wrap
firmly then secure with sticky tape
8. Date and glad wrap or rotate in to
