Qty Ingredients 1. Lay wrap on large sheet greaseproof
paper
1 12”Mission Tortilla Wrap
2. Spread aioli down middle of wrap
40gm Port Mahon Aioli
3. Place spinach leaves over aioli down
40gm Baby Spinach length of wrap
5 pieces Crafty Chooks Schnitzel sliced 4. Slice schnitzel into 5 long pieces and
place evenly over spinach down
20gm Bertocchi Shortcut Bacon
middle of wrap
20gm Bamboleo Sundried Tomatoes – thinly sliced
5. Sprinkle sliced bacon over schnitzel
50gm Mainland Grated Cheese 6. Sprinkle sliced sundried tomatoes
over bacon
1 Greaseproof Paper - large
7. Sprinkle grated cheese over bacon
down middle of wrap
8. Fold back on end of paper,Roll wrap
firmly then secure with sticky tape
9. Date and glad wrap or rotate in to
