(planetary mixer if you have one) on lowest
150g Diced Onion speed and mix for 2-3 mins. Cook in
UNOX on Bolognese setting.
6g Minced Garlic
2. Transfer to gastro tray with a lid and cook
on “Bolognese” setting, stirring halfway
12.5g Beef Booster
through.
4.5g Mixed Herbs 3. Place in airtight container , date and store
in coolroom
226g Tomato Paste

580g Crushed Tomatoes
