Ingredients: Method:
1. Place water in mixer bowl then

50g Bakel’s Chocolate Flakes mousse powder on top. Set mixer
on low speed until combined
550g Bakel’s Chocolate Mousse Powder
(approx 2 minutes) and starting to
460mL Water
thicken.
10 8oz Enviroware Dessert Cups
2. Increase to high speed for 8-10
minutes until an airy mousse
consistency has been achieved.
3. Pipe into 8oz dessert cups until
just below the top level.
Servings: 10
4. Top with chocolate flakes.
Serving Size: 105gm 5. Lid and label.
